As an equity analyst Michael covered the banking sector with experience in the UK, Europe and Asia. He had particular exposure to distressed banks and to their recovery. As a Head of Research, he had to understand multiple businesses in diverse sectors and across continents. This allowed him to gain an insight into the strengths and weaknesses of a huge range of business models as well as to identify the key drivers of success.
